Every morning when I leave for work, my cat sits by the door and watches me go. After the door closes, he’s left at home all by himself for the whole day.
Sometimes he just lies on the couch staring into space. Sometimes he watches birds outside the window. Other times he simply yawns and goes back to doing nothing.
Later, we added a new “member” to the house — the Pumpkii companion robot. It moves around the living room, plays and chases with my cat, and even drops treats as rewards.
Now, even when I’m away, I can open the app and see him running around the house having fun.
It seems like being home alone isn’t so boring for him anymore.
