A Small Reward, Right on Time

The first time Pumpkii rolled into the living room, Luna and Milo did not rush over. Luna watched from the sofa, while Milo waited on the rug. At first, they kept their distance from the little blue companion, moving closer only to sniff, tap, and figure things out. Then a few treats rolled onto the carpet, and the mood changed right away. Luna hopped down. Milo moved in. Side by side, they lowered their heads and enjoyed the small reward together. Pumpkii stayed nearby, calm and unobtrusive, bringing a little moment of play and connection into an ordinary afternoon. Sometimes, joy does not need much. A few treats, a bit of curiosity, and a companion that shows up right on time.
