1. Nature of the Service
Pumpkii Media Hub (the "Service") is a private, internal-use content management tool operated by Pumpkii. It is not a public service, a SaaS product, or a tool offered to third parties. Access is limited to authorized Pumpkii staff and contractors.
The Service exists to:
- Upload, schedule, and publish marketing content to Pumpkii's own brand accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Aggregate publicly-available analytics from Pumpkii's own posts on those platforms for internal review.
2. Eligibility and Account
You may use the Service only if:
- You are an authorized Pumpkii employee or contractor.
- You have been granted an account by a Pumpkii administrator.
- You agree to these Terms.
Accounts are not transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password and OAuth authorizations secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only to:
- Publish content created by or on behalf of Pumpkii to Pumpkii's own brand accounts.
- Review analytics about Pumpkii's own posts.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to publish content to any account that is not owned or operated by Pumpkii.
- Use the Service to publish content that violates the terms or community guidelines of YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, audit requirements, or content moderation.
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, misinformation, or any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service or any of its components.
4. Third-Party Platform Compliance
The Service operates on top of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. By using the Service, you agree to comply with each platform's terms:

All content published through the Service belongs to Pumpkii. By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You have the rights to publish the content.
- The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content complies with applicable laws.
Pumpkii grants the Service a non-exclusive, time-limited license to transmit content to the connected platforms solely for the purpose of publication.
6. Authorization to Connected Platforms
When you connect a Pumpkii brand account on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you authorize the Service to act on behalf of that account within the scopes you grant (e.g., upload videos, read analytics). You may revoke this authorization at any time via the platform's settings.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or freedom from defects. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Platform API outages, rate limits, or policy changes may affect functionality, and Pumpkii is not responsible for those external factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pumpkii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. For employees and contractors using the Service in the course of their work for Pumpkii, this section does not limit any rights under their employment agreement or applicable labor law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pumpkii from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Content you publish through the Service that infringes third-party rights or violates law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including:
- When you leave Pumpkii or your contract ends.
- When you violate these Terms.
- When required to comply with platform policies or law.
Upon termination, your account is deactivated, OAuth tokens are revoked, and personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service changes or when platform policies require it. Material changes will be communicated to current users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen.
